Ajaswagandhadi Lehyam is also called as ashwagandhadi Lehyam or Aswagandhadi Lehyam.

If any term such as Aja, Chaga, Mamsa, Ajamamsa, Chagamamsa etc is there, then it contains non vegetarian ingredient.

Its usage:

1. Fights fatigue, powerful aphrodisiac, improves muscle strength, suitable to be taken as Ayurvedic  body building supplement.
2. Useful to relieve tiredness, quickens the recovery from tiredness after gym and exercise, restores and keeps optimum energy levels throughout the day.

Dosage:

Dose depends on age, digestive capacity, etc. Usually one table spoon in the morning, after food is advised.

Side effects – A few complain about slight increase in sleep and indigestion.

Syzigium aromaticum (clove, lavanga), Mesua ferrea (Nagakesara), Orchis latifolia (Salaimisri), Elettaria cardamomum (ela, small cardamom) , Cinnamomum zeylanicum (Cinnamon, twak)  – useful in improving digestive and respiratory health.

Glycyrrhiza glabra (yashtimadhu) – licorice aphrodisiac, Myristica fragrans (Jati), aphrodisiac,  Ajamamsam.  (Mutton).
