Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation & Replacement Policy – India Orders

✅ 15-Day Replacement Guarantee (India Only)

For all products sold on www.prachinayurvedkutir.com, we offer a 15-day replacement guarantee if the customer receives a damaged product, missing quantity, or manufacturing defect, provided it is reported at the time of delivery or within 15 days from the delivery date.

- Mandatory Proof Required
To process any replacement or refund, customers must share:

  • Clear unboxing video (from sealed parcel opening)
  • Clear photos of:
    • Outer box
    • Packing material
    • Damaged/defective product from all angles

❌ Without unboxing video and photos, replacement or refund will not be possible.

Replacement Process

  • Replacement is subject to product availability
  • Applicable only to products sold by Prachin Ayurved Kutir
  • We bear 100% return & reshipping cost for approved replacements
  • Replacement delivery time: 5–15 working days (India)

❌ Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch:

  • Orders canceled before shipment incur 25% cancellation charges
  • 75% refund will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refund timeline: 7–10 business days

After Dispatch:

  • Cancellation is not allowed once the order is shipped
  • No refund requests will be accepted after dispatch

Wrong Address by Customer

If a customer enters an incorrect shipping address:

  • Address change may incur additional shipping charges
  • If extra charges are not accepted:
    • Order will be canceled
    • 25% cancellation fee applies
    • 75% refund will be issued

Duplicate Payment

If a customer accidentally pays twice for the same order, one transaction amount will be refunded after verification.

Non-Delivery / Transit Issues

  • If the parcel is lost in transit, refund will be processed as per courier policies
  • Shipping, handling, and transaction charges are non-refundable

Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, the customer may be asked to provide:

  • Invoice copy
  • Delivery proof (if applicable)
  • Communication history (WhatsApp/email)

Please note the following regarding customs, refunds, and shipping for international orders:

  • If customs authorities do not release a parcel, refunds may not be possible as shipping and handling costs are already incurred.
  • Any customs duty, tax, or clearance charges must be paid by the customer.
  • If India Post is selected, damage-related claims may not be applicable. If DHL is selected, clear photos of damaged items are required for review.
  • Replacement requests after delivery may require additional shipping charges.
  • If a parcel is lost in transit, refunds will be processed as per courier policies.
  • All refund-related decisions for international orders are made by Prachin Ayurved Kutir.
