Health and fitness are the buzzwords of today’s generation. Awareness of the need to keep in good health is at an all-time high at a time when the environment around us as well as the lifestyles that we lead tilt the balance against the same. We are unavoidably exposed to many pollutants and chemicals in our daily lives. Though we watch our diets, most of the food that is available is either highly processed or full of undesirable additives. Even fresh food is exposed to various chemicals in the form of fertilisers and pesticides. Health-conscious people not only exercise but also try to eat organic unprocessed food.
