Gokshura Choornam

Ingredients:

Gokshura (Tribulus Terrestris) - possess diuretic action Aswagandha (Withania somnifera) - helps relieve discomfort associated with UTI Madhusnuhi (Smilax china) - beneficial in urinary tract infections.

Dosage and Anupan:

Dose should be half to one teaspoon with anupan of warm water twice or three times a day, before or after food.
