How to Use Gunja Taila for Alopecia

✅ Patch Test First: Since Gunja seeds are Tikshna (strong & penetrating) and mildly toxic if misused, always test on a very small skin area behind the ear/inner arm. Wait 12–24 hours to ensure no excessive burning, redness, or allergy.

✅ Application Method:

1. Take a small quantity of Gunja Taila.

2. Apply directly over the alopecia patch (bald patch) with a cotton swab.

3. Massage gently in circular motion for 3–5 minutes.

4. Leave it on for 30–45 minutes only (not overnight unless advised by your doctor).

5. Wash off with lukewarm water and a mild herbal shampoo.

✅ Frequency: Once daily or once on alternate days, depending on scalp sensitivity.

✅ Duration: Usually continued for 6–12 weeks (or as directed by an Ayurvedic doctor) until hair regrowth is noticed.
