Kassisadi Tailum is an excellent product for those who are suffering from piles. It's an ayurvedic formulation used for external application over piles sores. 

Ingredients

•  Sunthi (Zingiber officinale): Ginger root contains large amounts of volatile oil,
•  zingiberene, which gives the spice its anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties
• .Pippali (Piperlongum): Pippali shows analgesic, antiinflammatory & immuno¬modulatory effects.
• Saindhav (Rock salt): Saindhava lavana or rock salt is considered best among all salts. It helps in exfoliating dead skin cells, cleansing skin pores and protecting the natural skin layer to produce healthy and energized skin type. It also helps in strengthening skin tissue to rejuvenate the skin to make it look younger and firm. It is used to treat many kinds of skin disorders and other ailments such as rheumatic pains and herpes. 
• Manashil (Arsenic disulfide): It is antitoxic (Vishaghna), antibacterial and has scrapping (Lekhan) property. 
• Til Tail (Sesamum indicum): Sesame oil is especially useful for pacifying Vata. It is very nourishing and prevents the skin from getting excessively dry. It has properties of "Yogavahi". Yogavahi is a substance that has a quality of penetrating the deepest tissues. When sesame is processed with other herbs it normalizes all the three doshas. Hence this is used in diseases arising due to vitiation of Vata. And it can also be used in diseases caused due to vitiation of tridoshas.
• Hira kasis: It is antitoxic (Vishaghna), antibacterial and has scrapping (lekhan) property. 
• Kalihari (Gloriosa superba): It is antiseptic, antimicrobial and is useful in skin diseases, piles, and eczematous diseases
