This is a useful medicine in diabetes, specially used in various diabetic complications. Alongwith nourishing all seven dhatus, it acts as a good rejuvenator and an aphrodisiac. With Suvarna (Svarna) bhasma as one of its ingredients, it is one of the best line of treatment in patients having diabetes with cardiovascular diseases. Naga and Vanga bhasmas invigorate sexual ability and tones up the nervous system, as well. Loha and Prawal bhasmas acts as a good hematinic. The other ingredients like Mouktik (Mukta) bhasma, Rajata bhasma, and Abhraka bhasma are also acts as excellent rasayan and control the vitiated Vata.
