  • Giloy (Tinospora cordifolia) is used in the treatment of several diseases such as bleeding disorders, cough, gout, anemia, and urinary tract disorder due to its anti-inflammatory (suppresses swellings) and antibiotic action. 
  • Guggul (Commiphora wightiihas antipyretic and anti-inflammatory properties. Therefore, it is helpful in the treatment of tumors, diabetic carbuncles, abscess, wart, wound, edema, rheumatic arthritis, scrofula, and ulcers. 
  • Triphala contains three herbal medicines namely amla, bibhitaki, and haritaki. It has many medicinal properties such as carminative (removes gas from the stomach), anti-gout, anti-cancer, antibacterial, laxative (loosen the stools), digestive stimulant, and expectorant. Therefore it is helpful in the treatment of several diseases such as indigestion, constipation, obesity, cough, asthma, anemia, gout, tumor, flatulence, urinary tract disorders, diabetes, and chronic Otorrhoea.
