Dosage:

Adults: 1 tablespoonful (15 g) twice a day i.e. morning – evening on empty stomach or as per appetite (Agnibala).

Children (3+ years): 1/2 to 1 teaspoonful (2.5 to 5 g) once or twice a day i.e. morning evening or as per appetite (Agnibala) or as directed by the Physician.
